About
Emma Parker
Emma has travelled extensively since 1998 across Europe, South East Asia, Australia, South America and North America. From jungle trips in Borneo and Mexico, to 5 weeks exploring different islands in Galagagos - to a more recent trip in 2024 exploring the arctic on a small expedition vessel. Each journey holds something new.
Her photographic journey started In 2019 she was gifted and camera and that was the start of a new bug; to learn skills to capture her love of wildlife and travel - sharing what she sees with others.
The magic is capturing that moment where wildlife is completely relaxed and behaving in a natural way, a point where she becomes invisible and their interest in the camera lens has diminished.
A great photo can form a bond between the viewer and nature, creating opportunities to ignite passion in people to protect it for themselves and the next generation. Emma takes great care to take ethical photos, relying on patience and a love of hiking and adventure to get close to subjects in their natural habitat.
